Are you thinking of selling your house and need to increase its kerb appeal? Has your home become a bit tired-looking and weather-worn over the years? Has your business premises started to look a bit tatty and you’re concerned about projecting the right image?

At Class One Decorating, we firmly believe that the outside of a premises is just as important as the inside, in terms of appearance and condition, and we can provide all the relevant decoration and refurbishment services along with our experience and expertise.
Every outside decoration project is comprehensively prepared, to ensure a finish that will stay looking good for many years to come. We carry out a thorough assessment of the substrate (walls, masonry, render, stonework, woodwork, etc.) and any areas that require work are expertly repaired before the surface coating is applied. As you might expect, during the course of the project, all surrounding areas are protected or masked, and when the job is finished, we undertake a comprehensive clean-up.

Due to our extensive experience in the decoration (internal and external) of older and period properties (Victorian, Georgian, etc.), we specify and use materials and working practices which are in sympathy with the age and construction of these properties so the customer can rest assured that, when the job is being done by Class One Decorating, their home is in safe hands.
We arrange our own external access (scaffolding, platforms, etc.) as part of a comprehensive quote.

If the customer wishes to provide their own access, this will be subject to inspection and approval by a representative of Class One Decorating.
Class One Decorators are also approved contractors for the RepairCare International architectural joinery repair and restoration system. This is a two-pack resin system used to repair, rebuild and replace rotten and damaged timber on doors, windows and architectural joinery features. This enables as much as possible of the original features and timber to be retained and the lifespan extended, giving a cost-effective and long-lasting alternative to replacement.
